Project Management Project Assistant

Manages project schedules, coordinates meetings, prepares documentation, and conducts research to support senior consultants on client logistics and governance projects.

Junior Remote Posted about 2 hours ago RemoteOK Dev
What this role involves
Employment setup

This is a full-time, permanent position operated on a remote basis. Arabian Private Holdings is a Saudi Arabian firm, and this role is conducted as a remote engagement. Candidates should be based in Bulgaria or within a neighboring region to ensure manageable timezone overlap. You must already possess the legal right to work in your current country of residence. While the firm is headquartered in Riyadh, the day to day work for this role involves direct support for a specific project involving an international logistics firm with active operations in Bulgaria. We require a minimum of five hours overlap with the Saudi Arabia workday (UTC+3). This role is paid and includes professional development through direct work with the firm principals. The hiring process involves an initial review of written materials, a logical reasoning assessment, and two rounds of video interviews.

About the role

The Project Assistant provides the organizational backbone for our client mandates, ensuring that administrative tasks do not hinder the progress of our strategic work. This position exists to manage the flow of information between the principals and our clients, specifically as we coordinate a governance review for an international logistics firm. It is a necessary function that allows our senior partners to stay focused on high level analysis while you maintain the structured documentation required for successful project delivery.

About Arabian Private Holdings

Arabian Private Holdings operates on the principle that many corporate problems are solved through direct attention rather than large teams of junior staff. We work with family groups, listed corporations, and government entities to provide honest, independent advice on strategy and portfolio Management. Our structure is principal led: every client receives the direct focus of the people accountable for the results. We avoid complex hierarchies and focus on providing a clear view of business performance. We are a remote firm, choosing to prioritize the quality of our thought and the strength of our relationships over physical office presence.

What you will do
  • Maintain and update project schedules to track the completion of specific milestones for our logistics sector clients.
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare briefing notes that summarize the key points discussed during partner sessions.
  • Conduct basic desk research on industry trends and regulatory changes within the logistics and transport sectors.
  • Draft initial versions of project reports, ensuring that the grammar and formatting meet the firm standards.
  • Keep our internal document folders organized so that all versions of a mandate are easily accessible to the principals.
  • Follow up on information requests sent to client teams to ensure data is received on time for our weekly reviews.
  • Monitor specific project emails and flag urgent requests that require immediate principal attention.
  • Prepare presentation slides based on handwritten notes or rough drafts provided by the partners.

What we are looking for
  • A high degree of written precision and the ability to summarize complex information into simple sentences.
  • Comfortable using standard office tools such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and shared document platforms.
  • Logical rigor in organizing tasks and a preference for order and structure in your daily work.
  • Eager to learn about corporate governance and how large holding companies operate.
  • Familiar with the basic concepts of project coordination and managing deadlines.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while keeping the team updated on progress.
  • Some exposure to business environments through internships or previous entry level office roles.

How we work

We operate as a lean, remote team that values quiet productivity and direct communication. Our way of working is built on trust and the assumption that everyone is capable of managing their own schedule to meet deadlines. We do not believe in unnecessary meetings or long email threads: we prefer brief, clear updates. Because we are a principal led firm, you will have regular interactions with senior partners who will provide guidance on your work. We focus on getting the work right the first time and take pride in the accuracy of our documentation. This role offers an environment where your contributions have a visible effect on the outcome of a mandate.

What the role offers
  • Broad exposure to the decision making processes of major international holding companies.
  • Flexible remote working that allows you to manage your time without a commute.
  • Direct mentoring from experienced partners who are leaders in their respective fields.
  • Training in professional writing and the development of structured logical thinking.
  • The opportunity to support a high priority project for an international logistics client.
  • A stable, full time position within a professional firm that values quality over volume.

Product Toggl: Senior Product Manager

Senior Product Manager owns end-to-end product direction, prioritization, and outcomes for a product tribe, working hands-on with design and engineering to ship user-focused improvements.

Senior Remote Posted about 7 hours ago We Work Remotely — Programming
What this role involves

Headquarters: Tallinn, Estonia
URL: https://toggl.com/jobs/

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join one of our Product Tribes, the cross-functional units that own the end-to-end experience for a specific Toggl user role. You own your Tribe's direction, prioritization, and outcomes while working hands-on with design and engineering to ship work that matters. You'll do this as we build and launch Toggl Focus, our consolidated planning, time tracking, and time intelligence product.

The salary for this position is €90,000 annually.

You can work from anywhere in the world as long as your main location is between UTC-4 and UTC+4.

The Role

As a Senior Product Manager, you own a product area end-to-end: its direction, prioritization, and outcomes. You are accountable not for process, but for clarity, judgment, and results. You work hands-on with design, engineering, and revenue to identify the highest-value opportunities, shape effective solutions, and ship improvements that matter. You act as a player-coach, raising the quality of thinking, decision-making, and execution within your Tribe.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Direction and prioritization

  • Set clear direction for your Tribe. Define goals, translate company priorities into team focus, and identify the biggest opportunities and risks.

  • Make strong prioritization calls. Decide what to do and what not to do, sequence work sensibly, and keep low-value work out of the team.

  • Develop a strong point of view on your product area. Understand users, the market, and the business deeply enough to make tradeoffs and say no clearly, without escalating decisions unnecessarily.

Discovery and solution shaping

  • Build real understanding of user problems through customer calls, support and sales input, user research, and data.

  • Shape solutions with design and engineering. Frame problems, compare options and constraints, and keep solutions tied to user and business value.

Hands-on leadership

  • Lead designers within your Tribe. Guide prototyping, user testing, and UX quality as embedded builders, not through handoffs.

  • Stay close to the work through execution. Review flows, experiments, metrics, and shipped output. Resolve ambiguity quickly. Help the team converge faster.

  • Coach your team by sharpening problem framing, improving decision quality, and keeping focus on the highest-value work.

Metrics, learning, and communication

  • Define success upfront for every initiative with clear OKRs, KPIs, leading indicators, and kill criteria. Measure impact after launch and decide whether to iterate, scale, or roll back.

  • Participate in roadmap reviews, sharing upcoming priorities with leadership and internal stakeholders and surfacing tradeoffs and risks early.

  • Explain direction and decisions simply. Keep stakeholders aligned with minimal overhead.

AI as core leverage

  • Use AI tools extensively in your daily work for research, synthesis, analysis, drafting, exploration, and prototyping, and set that expectation across your Tribe. AI fluency is not optional. It's part of how you increase your speed, depth, and impact.

About You

You will thrive in this role if you:

  • Have proven product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, or have built and shipped products people actually use, whether as a PM, founder, or in another role where you owned product decisions end to end.

  • Hold an extremely high bar for product quality. You've developed real craft in product development. You know what great looks like, you notice the details others miss, and you don't ship work you wouldn't be proud to put your name on.

  • Have strong product judgment. You develop a clear point of view on your area, make grounded tradeoffs, and say no without needing permission.

  • Are a problem-first thinker. You start from user needs and business impact, not from solutions or feature lists.

  • Can define and own outcomes rigorously. You set KPIs, run experiments, interpret data, and make tough calls based on results. You're accountable for whether the work matters, not just whether it gets done.

  • Thrive in ambiguity and move fast. You don't wait for perfect information or permission. You make confident decisions, adapt when new insights emerge, and course-correct without drama.

  • Can pick up a new domain fast. You're comfortable ramping into unfamiliar user segments and becoming the expert your Tribe needs.

  • Have a strong understanding of product-led growth principles and know how to balance self-serve adoption with sales-assisted motions for larger accounts.

  • Are hands-on with AI tools. You actively use AI for research, analysis, drafting, and prototyping as a core part of how you work, not a side experiment.

  • Don't need to be managed. You set your own direction, keep people in the loop, and ask for help when it matters.

  • Have excellent written and verbal English communication skills. You explain direction and decisions simply, communicate tradeoffs clearly, and articulate customer value without jargon.

  • Value transparency, ownership, and speed over perfection. You ship, learn, and improve rather than waiting for the perfect plan.

  • Nice to have: experience leading designers as embedded product builders, guiding user research, prototyping, and usability testing as part of an integrated discovery process, not as a separate handoff step.

This Role Is NOT

  • A meeting organizer, ticket router, or status reporter.

  • A layer between functions or a process owner whose main contribution is ceremony.

  • A roadmap administrator who writes detailed specs and manages backlogs rather than deeply understanding users and driving outcomes.

  • A feature-factory role. If your primary metric is "stories shipped," this isn't the right fit.

  • A role for people who need heavy process, frequent approvals, or top-down direction to do their best work.

The Team

We are a global team of ~100 awesome people working from over 40 countries around the globe. We hire globally, you work locally—in the heart of London, a beach outside of Río de Janeiro, or a quiet village near Florence, the choice is yours. Every few months we travel to meet up somewhere in the world and spend some quality time together. We place a huge amount of trust in our people, and we measure the outcomes rather than the work itself. Our values fuel our results.

What's Happening at Toggl

Toggl is at an exciting turning point. We're taking our best-in-class time tracking - trusted and loved by millions of users worldwide - and expanding it into something bigger: Toggl Focus. One product that brings together time tracking, planning, capacity management, reporting, and insight. The idea is simple: better time tracking creates better data, which powers everything else. We call it time intelligence.

Benefits

  • Freedom to choose when and how much you work—we only measure results

  • 24 days of paid time off a year, plus your local holidays

  • Unlimited sick leave

  • In-person meetups for team-building (expenses covered)

  • 4-6 weeks paid sabbatical (depending on tenure)

  • Laptop budget up to 2,500€ and it renews every 3 years

  • €2,000 budget to set up your home office and an additional €300 every year after 3 years of tenure

  • €3,000 per year for co-working space membership and/or internet service at home

  • €4,000 per year contribution to use for training, workshops, and conferences

  • €2,400 per year contribution for any equipment or services to improve and/or maintain your physical and mental health

  • Support for buying tools you need for doing your best work (even eyeglasses if you need a new pair)

Project Management Technical Program Manager Data Science at Figma

Technical Program Manager owns end-to-end delivery of Figma's Self-Serve Analytics initiative, coordinating cross-functional teams and driving adoption of data self-service tools.

Senior Remote Posted about 17 hours ago RemoteFirstJobs Product
What this role involves

Figma is growing our team of passionate creatives and builders on a mission to make design accessible to all. Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life—whether you’re brainstorming, creating a prototype, translating designs into code, or iterating with AI. From idea to product, Figma empowers teams to streamline workflows, move faster, and work together in real time from anywhere in the world. If you’re excited to shape the future of design and collaboration, join us!

Figma’s platform helps teams bring ideas to life — and Data Science is central to how we measure, improve, and scale it. We’re on a mission to make data self-serve for every Figmate: moving from a world where every data question requires filing a request to a DS or DE, to one where anyone can ask a question in plain language and get a trustworthy answer in minutes. We’re hiring Figma’s first dedicated Technical Program Manager for Data Science to own that mission — driving our multi-phase Self-Serve Analytics program from semantic layer expansion through the Figma Data Assistant, while building the operational foundation for a growing DS org.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

What you’ll do at Figma:

  • Own end-to-end program delivery for Figma’s Self-Serve Analytics initiative that includes semantic layer expansion, Slack bot launch, automated eval framework, and the Figma Data Assistant
  • Coordinate delivery across Data Engineering, DS ICs, Security, IT, and business stakeholders (Sales, Product, Finance, Research) to expand self-serve data coverage and drive adoption
  • Lead the governance and security work stream: work with Security and IT on LLM data access policies, PII guardrails, access controls, and LLM provider approvals
  • Drive adoption and change management — build champion networks, run training programs, and meet Figmates where they work (Slack, Notion) to shift from request-based to self-serve data culture
  • Build and maintain DS org operations: planning cycles, headcount tracking, onboarding programs, and team rhythms for a growing org
  • Own program-level success metrics: % of data questions answered via self-serve, time-to-insight, DS ad-hoc request volume reduction
  • Work closely with peer TPMs & Data Scientists (AI, Infra, Performance) to coordinate on overlapping platform programs and shared data infrastructure needs

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

  • 5+ years of technical program management experience (or equivalent) driving data infrastructure, analytics platform, or data democratization programs
  • Hands-on experience with modern data stacks: you’re comfortable discussing semantic layers, data catalogs, BI tooling (Hex, Sigma), and AI-powered query interfaces (Cortex Analyst, RAG) at a program level
  • A track record of driving adoption — not just shipping internal tools, but changing behavior across technical and non-technical audiences through change management, enablement, and champion programs
  • Strong cross-functional program delivery: planning, dependency management, stakeholder alignment across deeply distributed teams

While it’s not required, it’s an added plus if you also have:

  • Hands-on familiarity with dbt, Snowflake Semantic Views, Acryl, Dagster, or similar data engineering tooling
  • Experience building or scaling eval frameworks for AI-generated outputs (golden SQL, accuracy dashboards, regression detection)
  • Background in data-driven product analytics or developer tools — understanding of how DS ICs work with PMs and EMs and driving alignment on requirements
  • Strong bias to action, self-motivation and curiosity, with a desire to bring people together in a fast-paced environment

At Figma, one of our values is Grow as you go. We believe in hiring smart, curious people who are excited to learn and develop their skills. If you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t align perfectly with the points outlined in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyways. You may be just the right candidate for this or other roles.

Pay Transparency Disclosure

If based in Figma’s San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Figma’s compensation and benefits are subject to change and may be modified in the future.

Annual Base Salary Range:

$185,000—$317,000 USD

Why should you be part of our success story?

We’re not just building software; we’re creating the infrastructure for the future of work, enabling a more diverse and inclusive global economy. In 2024 alone, we paid $11.2 billion to workers in nearly 100 currencies and provided healthcare and benefits to workers in 109 countries—ensuring people get paid and protected, no matter where they are.

Our momentum is reflected in our achievements and customer satisfaction: CNBC Disruptor 50,  Forbes Cloud 100, Deloitte Fast 500, and repeated recognition on Y Combinator’s top companies list – all while maintaining a 4.83 average rating from 15,000 reviews across G2, Trustpilot, Captera, Apple and Google.

Your experience at Deel will be a career accelerator. At the forefront of the global work revolution, you’ll tackle complex challenges that impact millions of people’s working lives. With our momentum—backed by a $17.3 billion valuation and $1 B in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) in just over five years—you’ll drive meaningful impact while building expertise that makes you a sought-after leader in the transformation of global work.

As the Solutions Engineer on the GTM Tech team, you’ll be the domain expert on how our Account Executives sell - and the person who does something about it. This isn’t a Sales Enablement role. Enablement executes the playbook; you own the analysis that creates it. You’ll mine the data, identify the highest-leverage opportunities in the sales motion, define what needs to be built, and build it. From scorecards to prototypes to the requirements that shape our GTM Sales Brain, you’ll operate at the intersection of sales expertise, analytical rigour, and product thinking.

Responsibilities

  • Field Intelligence: Systematically mine the sales pipeline - prospects signals, call transcripts and recordings, loss reasons to build a structured, living view of what’s working and what isn’t.

  • Opportunity Definition: Define the highest-leverage gaps in the sales motion and own the requirements that shape our GTM intelligence system. You’ll identify where AI-powered tooling, automation, or better data can move the needle - and spec it with enough precision that Engineering can build it.

  • Prototype and Build: You don’t only write recommendations, you build them. Whether it’s a scoring model, a data workflow, or a rough prototype that proves a concept, you move ideas from insight to artefact. You’re comfortable working with tools, writing logic, and getting your hands dirty before handing off to Engineering.

  • AE Scorecards: Design and maintain scoring frameworks that evaluate AE performance across the sales cycle - discovery quality, objection handling, pitch delivery - and surface coaching opportunities grounded in data.

  • Playbooks and Talk Tracks: Translate pipeline analysis and field feedback into data-backed improvements to scripts, opening hooks, battlecard and stage-by-stage playbooks. Keep them current, tested, and owned.

Desired Skills and Competencies

  • 5–8 years in a Sales Engineer, pre-sales, or revenue architecture role - you’ve lived inside a high-velocity sales pipeline and know how deals move, stall, and close.

  • A builder’s instinct: you’ve created things from scratch - frameworks, tools, processes - in environments where no playbook existed yet, and you default to prototyping before speccing.

  • Hands-on experience with Gong or Chorus beyond call review - you’ve used them to extract patterns, build scoring logic, and drive measurable process changes at scale.

  • Proven track record building scorecards, playbooks, and battlecards that changed rep behaviour, not just reported on it.

  • Deep familiarity with the modern sales tech stack: CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot), sales engagement (Outreach or Salesloft), and revenue analytics tools.

  • A clear point of view on AI in sales - you’ve evaluated or deployed AI tools in a revenue context and can distinguish real productivity impact from novelty.

  • Strong cross-functional communicator: you can take messy, qualitative field signals and package it into crisp, prioritised requirements for Product and Engineering.

  • Comfortable operating in the space between analysis and execution - you don’t wait for someone else to define the problem.

Total Rewards

Our workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are. With scalable benefits, rewards, and perks, our total rewards programs reflect our commitment to inclusivity and access for all.

Some things you’ll enjoy

  • Stock grant opportunities dependent on your role, employment status and location
